Residential spaces, like houses, townhouses and apartment buildings, have been my focus since I started building 5 years ago. The details of each architectural style are very important. I specialize in a variety of architectural styles:
Coastal & Nantucket
The classic “Hamptons” style that everyone has become obsessed with is popular for good reason! It’s timeless and relaxed; Nancy Meyers is the queen of making these spaces feel like home.
Colonial
The colonial house has always been a favorite. Its symmetry and structure is undeniable. Typically constructed with clapboard or brick, these are built to last. Owning a colonial one day is a dream of mine!
Haussmann & Parisian
French and Parisian-inspired decor is another timeless classic that is a favorite of mine. When we think of Paris today, we think of the buildings made popular by the architect, Georges-Eugène Haussmann. Tall, paneled walls, wrought-iron details and ornate plaster decorations on buildings will always be more interesting than America’s current residential architecture trends!
